Brandon, born and raised in Southern California, has always had a passion for creativity and exploration. His love for travel has taken him to six countries and 40 states, experiences that have broadened his perspective on diverse markets and cultures. These insights have become a vital part of his professional journey in marketing and advertising.

As a managing partner at AES Marketing Group, Brandon has worked with a wide range of clients, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Brandon’s hands-on experience in managing complex projects—ranging from design to execution—has made him a trusted expert in the field. His approach is rooted in providing seamless integration between creative strategies and tangible marketing assets.

Building on this foundation, Brandon co-founded New Era Print Co., where he channels his expertise into delivering customized print solutions for clients across various industries. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new places, and watching motocross. His personal passions mirror his professional commitment—bringing energy, creativity, and attention to detail to everything he does.

Ashley Beckham

Ashley serves as the co-owner, designer, and accountant at New Era Print Co. With a background as a lifestyle photographer, she brings a unique creative approach to every project, ensuring that each print product is both visually compelling and functional. Her attention to detail and ability to turn ideas into beautifully executed designs make her a key player in the company’s success.

In addition to her design work, Ashley oversees the financial and operational aspects of New Era Print Co., ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her organizational expertise and precision help keep everything on track, from managing budgets to streamlining production processes.

Outside of work, Ashley is a dedicated mother of three daughters, balancing family life with the same level of dedication she applies to her business. When she’s not managing projects or spending time with her family, Ashley enjoys attending concerts, listening to 90s punk music, and grabbing her favorite Dutch Bros coffee. Her combination of creativity, organization, and commitment ensures New Era Print Co. continues to thrive.
